  I'm in week 6 of this program, and I'm down 12 lbs, with this most amazing team. Doctor Adeles schedules monthly appointments to check my progress, ask about how I've been eating, and keep me motivated. I currently work out at home, and I will be back in the gym soon.   Attentive care within the modern framework I wanted and the latest therapies I was looking for. Dr. Abeles and her assistant were flexible with planning and have been available to me if I need to call for anything. I’m comfortable discussing my health with the doctor, she is patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. Since being in her care I’ve been so pleased with the results. Highly recommend!
