Did you know that eating breakfast is essential to reach your weight loss goals and meet your daily protein intake?

According to nationwide surveys only 1/3 of the American population eats breakfast daily. Barriers include time, not feeling hungry, poor planning. Eating breakfast has also been proven to improve mood and enhance work productivity.

Set a goal to break your overnight fast by eating within 30-60 minutes of rising. Aim for at least 20-30g of protein.

Here are a few breakfast ideas:
  • Egg – 2-egg white omelet with low fat cheese
  • Protein shake
  • Greek yogurt with ½ cup blueberries
  • Protein overnight oats
  • Egg muffins
